Pricing

 

All prices are shown in GB Pounds (Sterling). When you reach the checkout, any shipping charges will be added to give you the total amount to be paid.

 

VAT, Taxes and Duty

 

I am not currently VAT registered, so there is no VAT on any prices and I cannot issue you with a VAT invoice.

 

Delivery and Returns

 

I accept returns if goods are faulty or damaged or if I ship you the wrong product or even if you just change your mind. However, there are some limits and restrictions.

 

If you have simply changed your mind, I can only accept returns within 30 days, the painting must be returned in as-new condition for resale, you must pay all return shipping costs and I cannot refund the shipping costs from your original order.

 

In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact me to arrange replacement or refund.

 

Errors and Omissions

 

In the case of errors or omissions within this website, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. For example, where product availability or pricing is incorrect. If you have already been charged for an order subject to cancellation under these terms, you will receive a full refund.

No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without my prior written permission.
